Thanks SV Bus Drivers!

I want to take my hat off to the bus drivers at SV...Gotta be getting hot in those buses, and will no doubt get worse, thanks to that strike. These ladies and gentlemen do a wonderful job of driving our kids on a daily basis, and I know my childrens driver goes out of his way to make sure they are safe, and I know he works until late in the evening.

I think they are the least respected members of the school district, and really should be commended. My daughter asked me why the cafeteria workers are in the yearbooks, and the drivers arent...I had no answer there.

My children ride A200, and use A251 on activity. Sean and Jeanne are wonderful to them, and I hope they never retire!

I will have to agree with you they put up with alot of stuff that any ordinary person wouldn't. My kids bus driver I think the world of but I have known him a long time. My kids were on the bus this winter and a group of teenage kids decided that when the bus doors would open they would wing a snow ball at him causing him injury. The snow ball left a nice welt on his face. These kids don't ride this bus. The school district handled the situation very well. So kudos to are SV bus drivers I would also say thanks Kevin Prady who is in charge of transportation.
